Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
These Oatmeal Cookies are really wonderful, and just perfect with a morning coffee or tea.
I love baking them on Sunday afternoon to have some for my Breakfast on Monday, and begin my week with a smile
This recipe is very simple and very quick : 10 minutes to prepare them, 10 minutes to cook them in the oven, and 10 minutes… to wait until they are cold enough to eat them !

- 60 gr dried cranberries

6 – Roll the dough into balls and place them on cooking sheets.
