Every week, I plan my meals for the next week. Then I order my food online. It helps me saving a lot of time : I don’t have to think about my meal every evening. And a lot of money, because I don’t waste anything; I cook all I buy and I am not tempted when I am in the store, it keeps me from buying anything.
Then, every sunday, I write the meals for the coming week on a nice planner, and I keep it on my fridge.
