First weekend after the Christmas break, I really need some comfort food !

Oat Pancakes

Those oat pancakes are really good, and you can eat them with what you prefer : maple syrup, honey, yogurt, fruits…

I first tried this recipe a weekend when I wanted some pancakes but I was out of butter. So I looked on the internet to see what kind of recipe I could do for my breakfast without butter. I found this recipe and I was not very convinced before trying it. But then I baked and added some maple sirup, butter and blueberries… It was just wonderful !

I don’t even do so often my regular recipe with butter now 😉

For 9 pancakes

  • 270 ml of almond milk
  • 200 gr oats
  • 1 teaspon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspon of baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg

In a blender, mix all the ingredients. Cook your pancakes in a frying pan with a little bit of oil (my favorite for this recipe is coconut oil)
